our history

The tavern is an atmospheric restaurant, built of 100-year-old beams, based on piles driven into the bottom of the canal, inspired by the traditional architecture of Masuria and old lakeside taverns. The restaurant consists of three different parts – the first is the main slal with a fireplace, bar and tables. The upper room with a fireplace is a place for family celebrations and weddings. There are also concerts, stand-ups, performances and exhibitions. The third part is a large terrace above by water, a picturesque garden with a small port building for boats and canoes, where we rent touring equipment and organize cultural events.

Our cuisine is based on traditional and varied recipes, home-made flavors known to all of us, closed in a new, original form. We prepare all the meals we serve, without the use of semi-finished products. We use our own recipes and we prepare all the dishes on an ongoing basis. Our showcase is the delicious apple pie served with ice cream and raspberry mousse. We are famous for freshly fried fish, fish soup, dumplings and unique pizza. We focus on fresh and local products obtained from local producers. We draw inspiration from the broadly understood Polish cuisine and traditional Old Polish recipes.

The upper hall of our restaurant is the perfect place for a family celebration, where we organize weddings, baptisms, communions, engagements, hen parties, bachelor parties and other family parties.
Our restaurant will prepare dishes selected from the menu or arrange and create new meals for the needs of the party. Our team will take care of the preparation of table and room decorations, lighting fixtures, sound systems and will create a unique atmosphere for you in a unique place.

Our port at the premises is a place where you can rent: kayaks, stationary and water bikes, boats and motorboats. We organize canoeing trips and bicycle trips that can last from one to even 7 days. Our team of tourist guides covers the most interesting and most beautiful places of Masuria from the water and lond level. During our trips and kayaking trips, we have fun together by bonfires and camp in the wild corners of the land of a thousand lakes. In our canoeing trips, as many as 120 people can sail, and up to 60 people can go in bicycle leaks.
